2019 COP Faculty Oliver Baez Bendorf Featured in February Issue of Poetry

Oliver Baez Bendorf, who will be serving as a faculty member for the 2019 Frost Place Conference on Poetry, had a poem published in the February issue of Poetry. Read “Bone Dust” here.

794a0d7e-a718-4049-af69-9dd5f74d557dOliver Baez Bendorf is the author of two books of poetry, The Spectral Wilderness (Kent State University Press, 2015) and the forthcoming Advantages of Being Evergreen (Cleveland State University Poetry Center, September 2019), which won that press’s Open Book Poetry Competition. He is also the recipient of fellowships from CantoMundo, Lambda Literary, Vermont Studio Center, and University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Institute of Creative Writing. His work has appeared in numerous publications including American Poetry ReviewBOMBThe Feminist Wire, Poetry Magazine, and Troubling the Line: Trans and Genderqueer Poetry and Poetics, among others.
